Duties;

a)      To make youth a solving part instead of making them a problem, 

b)      To make a platform on which ideas are in a competence,

c)      To make everyone understand that completed activities become more beneficial by sharing them, 

d)      To turn individual senses into social senses and starting from the youth to create a townsmanship idea, 

e)      To grow up young people as a volunteer of environmental issues, 

f)        To participate youth in governmental mechanisms, 

g)      To spread soul of Habitat and Local Agenda 21 on young people, 

h)      To share future on the way of sustainable skills, 

i)        To be pioneer for Bursa youth and national and international  area, 

j)        To avoid young people from harmful behaviours and addictions that exploits their energies instead of using it in beneficial projects, 

k)      To make all citizen youth owner of right to participate in management as active as they can join, 

l)        To combine all young people and to make them have the ability of working together, 

m)    To show young people’s dynamic and enterprising identity and encourage them to be considerate to freedom and rights of other people and allow them to think freely
